Yellowfin tuna fillets with a light pink color and a meaty consistency preserved in extra virgin olive oil to enhance the delicate flavor of the tuna. A quick idea to add a touch of flavor to your aperitif or to accompany dishes with a touch of originality.
HOW WE PREPARE OUR TUNA FILLETS IN SICILY OIL
After cutting into slices and cooking the tuna fillets in water and salt which allows the organoleptic and nutritional characteristics of the fish to be preserved, we proceed with the skinning and removal of the bones. The cleaned slices are cut into fillets and placed in the jars. This is followed by filling the containers with Busulmona extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: Tuna (65%), Busulmona extra virgin olive oil (35%), Sicilian sea salt.
Allergens: Fish. Produced in a factory that uses pistachio, almond and soy.
