From the land to the bistro

Among the best memories of our childhood, there are long outings in company.

A few steps from the sea and immersed in a green handkerchief, Dalla Terra Bistrot was created to welcome you in a space where you can have breakfast, a break or a light lunch next to the Vendicari oasis.

Our simple cuisine was born on the family farm; here we grow citrus fruits, almonds, oil, vegetables and greens which we then transform into Sicilian preserves and jams.

Our sandwiches are an original idea thanks to the combinations with seasonal products and preserves. Thus we pay homage to this rich and generous land, which it gives back to those who know how to appreciate it and take care of it.

Luca will be able to guide you through the discovery of the typical features of our island: the Sicilian tradition of granita, which quenches the thirst and entices adults and children with the typical brioche "col tuppo"; bread with oil, fragrant and delicious, a tradition inherited from simple and tasty peasant cuisine; almonds and citrus fruits ripened in the Sicilian sun and transformed into delicious delicacies with pates and jams; light salads, vegetables or cereals, but also our "Flavors Ladder", an exploratory journey of 9 tastings accompanied by a glass of Sicilian white wine.
