Star ruby ​​pink grapefruit jam - 225 gr

Our grapefruit jam meets the taste of those who love more complex flavours; the bitter and herbaceous note makes it unique. Thanks to low temperature and vacuum cooking, the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the fruit remain unaltered. We measure the brix degree and add only the sugar necessary to complete cooking, never more than 40%.

During cooking, every part of the citrus fruit is precious, from the peel to the juice; we do not use pectin, but we use the substances of the peel as a natural densifier. On your table you will find the color and flavor of freshly made jam; try it on bread or in combination with other dishes.

Ingredients: Grapefruit “Star Ruby” variety (73%), cane sugar (27%), water and lemon juice. Fruit used 120g per 100g of finished product
