Apricot jam, suitable for breakfast, as a snack, for the preparation of desserts and as a healthy and tasty snack. We grow apricots under the Sicilian sun, which gives them their full, sweet and unmistakable flavour. Thanks to low temperature and vacuum cooking, the organoleptic and nutritional properties of the fruit remain unaltered. We measure the brix degree and add only the sugar necessary to complete cooking, never more than 40%. We don't use pectin, but we use lemon peel as a natural densifier. On your table you will find the color and flavor of freshly picked apricots and its intense aroma will overwhelm your days.
