Bag in Box of extra virgin olive oil

We grow olive trees according to the centuries-old tradition of our island, with the care and passion that binds us to the land and its seasons. Our olive trees are grown according to organic cultivation practices, without the use of pesticides and with low environmental impact. Our oil comes from the encounter between the Moresca and Nocellara Etnea olive cultivars. After milling, which takes place a few hours after the olives are harvested, the oil is extracted cold and in a continuous cycle to preserve the integrity of the fruit's fibers without any addition of water to avoid the loss of polyphenolic substances. What is Bag in box? The bag in box is made up of a bag with a certified food tap and a vacuum function which guarantees the quality of the product. The vacuum that the bag creates as it is removed avoids contact with the air and the thick double-corrugated cardboard layer protects it from light.
