Just 100 meters from this spectacle of nature, the Dalla Terra Bistrot refreshment point was born about 4 years ago and this year inaugurates the summer season on 13 June with opening on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 6pm. In this corner open, the desire to experiment with the flavors of Sicily is not lacking: our refreshment point is ready to satisfy those with a sweet tooth looking for a breakfast, lunch break, break or water refill before or after a day at the seaside, an excursion or a picnic with friends.

The idea of ​​a refreshment point in front of the Vendicari Reserve

Dalla Terra Bistrot was born in 2016 as a space to relax and where you can taste typical products made with raw materials grown and transformed on the Busulmona farm , which has been in the Val di Noto for thirty years. The love for the Island generated the desire to expand the borders, so Vendicari became the place where it was possible to have a direct discussion with consumers of the products grown on the company and to try new taste experiences.

The philosophy of Dalla Terra Bistrot is to propose a peasant cuisine made of simple and tasty flavors at km0: citrus fruits, almonds, oil, vegetables and greens to be enjoyed in different preparations: - Sandwiches , topped with Busulmona preserves; -Salads , with vegetables from the garden; -Refreshing granitas with the inevitable brioche with tuppo: from the one with organic Noto almonds, to the one with Femminello lemon from Siracusa and the original one with avocado; -Squeezed juices , made with typical Tarocco blood oranges; Among the other protagonists of this summer 2020 there is also the queen of aperitifs or last minute tastings, the " Ladder of taste" , with a flavor of Sicily for every step.
