Among the best memories of our childhood, there are long walks with friends.
A few steps from the sea and immersed in a green land, Dalla Terra Bistrot was born to welcome you in a space where you can have breakfast, a break or a light lunch next to the oasis of Vendicari.
Our simple cuisine has born in the family farm; here we grow citrus fruits, almonds, oil and vegetables which we then turn into preserves and Sicilian jams.
Our sandwiches are original thanks to the combinations with seasonal products and preserves. So we pay tribute to this rich and generous land, which gives back to those who know how to appreciate and care for it.
Luca will guide you through the discovery of the typical features of our island: the Sicilian granita tradition, which quenches thirst and entice children and adults with the typical brioche “col tuppo”; bread with oil, fragrant and tasty, a tradition inherited from simple and tasty country cuisine; almonds and citrus fruits ripened under the Sicilian sun and transformed into tasty goodies with pates and jams; light salads, vegetables or cereals, but also our “Scaletta dei sapori”, an exploratory itinerary of 9 tasting tastings accompanied by a glass of white wine from Sicily.
